aDSL Providing by OTENET - a great fiasco!!!

Before 3 weeks!!! I applied for an aDSL line and I called OTENET today to check on the progress. Their reply was that my request is being "processed" and that for further information I should call the number 134 (OTE - the line provider). When I called 134 I realized that this was the retail division of OTE and of course they couldn’t know when the line would be initiated. Then I called back OTENET to find out that they send aDSL requests electronically to OTE and they don't even know when the actual providing will start. What kind of information system they have I wonder? And what kind of salespeople they hire since the person on the phone told me "You don't understand how things are done" - Of course I don't understand how things are done, especially when they are not done at all.

Films - Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Blood Diamond (2006)

Little Miss Sunshine (2006)

Sarcarm on the American dream and family. The case of a family where failure and success happen at the same time. A heroin-addicted grandpa, a success-apostle father, a Proust scholar, a non-speaking son, a lovely daughter full of dreams and a stable mother, all together in a Wolkswagen van travelling to family consciousness. A nice film about dreams coming true when one does what he likes. Life is sure like that.

Blood Diamond (2006)

Avant-Premiere by National Amnesty
Location: The Mall (VMAX) - probably a place built by Blood Diamonds

The story of a black family (father: Djimon Hounsou), a diamond smuggler (Leonardo DiCaprio) and a reporter (Jennifer Connelly) which seek a priceless diamond and the truth in Sierra Leone.
The oximoron is that the multiplex where the film is shown was built almost illegaly on space owned by a public organisation (without even having titles of property). So what is the difference between Blood Diamonds and Black Money? The difference is in the blood factor?
